A.S.SET POWDER is a powdered epoxy resin which can be stored at room temperature. It liquefies when subjected to an increase in temperature and hardens rapidly. In contrast with many other rapid-curing systems, A.S.SET POWDER can be manufactured using almost any epoxy resin. Products manufactured using A.S.SET POWDER are therefore characterized by an outstanding range of mechanical, thermal and material-physical properties. Modified on demand of customer.

A.S.SET POWDER is offer in 3 versions

  • A.S.SET1010 – Transparent powder with melting temperature range of 65-80 ° C and a processing temperature of 90-120 ° C. Storage in room temperature up to months
  • A.S.SET2020 – Blue powder with melting temperature range of 65-80°C and a processing temperature 120-180°C. Storage in room temperature up to 12 months
  • A.S.SET1011 – Grey powder with melting temperature range of 65-80°C and a processing temperature 90-120°C and high oxygen index above 42. Storage in room temperature up to months.
  • A.S.SET3010 – Transparent powder with melting temperature range of 65-80°C and a processing temperature 90-120°C and high oxygen index above 42. Storage in room temperature up to months.

Duroplastic organosheets – A.S.SET SHEET

A.S.SET SHEET’s are non-sticky fibre-composite sheets with a pre-cured thermoset matrix material. They can be stored at room temperature. The sheets become workable when subjected to even a small increase in temperature, and harden rapidly as a result of having been procured. A.S.SET SHEET can be produced using almost any reinforcement material and a wide range of matrix systems based on epoxy resins. They therefore offer an unrivalled spectrum of potential properties from the perspective of both material processing and finished components.

  • A.S.SETTM SHEET CF – based on carbon fibre reinforcement (any type, thickness and weave) , max size  1000×2000 mm (width x length), and in the near future length unlimited
  • A.S.SETTM SHEET BF – based on basalt fibre reinforcement (any type, thickness and weave) , max size  1000×2000 mm (width x length), and in the near future length unlimited
  • A.S.SETTM SHEET NF –based on natural fibre reinforcement (any type, thickness and weave) , max size  1000×2000 mm (width x length), and in the near future length unlimited
